Gisela Bennie spoke on behalf of the Plant sale committee.She sent a sign up sheet for members to volunteer time at the event (December 15th – Sunday) and another sign up sheet for members to participate in propagating plants for the sale.

Plant Sale at the Kiwanis Craft show on December 15th.Each member is asked to propagate 5 plants - plants are to be dropped off at Sandy Huff’s house by 9am on Saturday, Dec 14th (Per Joe Billings) Please mark the names of the plants and growing requirements, such as sun/shade?
Attached is a list of the most popular plants that sell well at the show.
New Business: Pat & Kay will be hosting the SHGC Holiday Party on Dec. 10th at the Honeymoon Mobile Club house.Menu and details will be announced at the November General meeting.

Brooker Creek Wildflower Festival is Saturday October 18th from 9am to 4pm at the preserve.
Palm Harbor Library will have Master Gardener clinics the month of October on Wednesdays
From 10am to 2pm.
Our next SHGC General Membership meeting is on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 –
9:30am at the SH Museum.This meeting will be the PLANT SALE meeting.
